Shadow Application

Applicant Information:

Are you 15 years of age or older?
Do you have parent/guardian consent to shadow at Washing Heights Veterinary Clinic?
Do you have reliable transportation to and from the clinic?

Scheduling Information:
Shadow opportunities are 1-2 weeks in length. Due to demand, we do not extend shadow opportunity beyond 2 weeks. Participants may shadow for up to 3 hours a day for a maximum of 12 hours per week.
